When applying for jobs, 9 times out of 10 a Cover Letter is not required, as a Recruiter it’s not something I’ll spend a lot of time reading due to time pressure and convenience, and so before taking the time to create one, ask yourself does the role you’re applying for NEED one?

If they do, and you will come across it, then make it count!
