Founded to give honest advice to job hunters, I’m Ovar It began in January 2018, launching an initiative on Instagram offering to rewrite women’s CVs for free. Popularity grew and I rewrote CVs spanning careers of all shapes and sizes, spending my weekends endlessly typing away, until I created 4 core products, a CV rewrite, a service that would create a CV from scratch, and 2 programs of 4 one-on-one sessions that would coach you to either get a job, starting from zero, or progress your career from where you stood now.

With the emphasis sitting with the CV rewrites, I scrapped the programs and simplified, offering clients the ability to purchase a one-on-one session to discuss anything they needed help with from LinkedIn to Interview training and everything in between.

Today I offer downloadable tools giving you all the knowhow I’ve learnt from running I’m Ovar It and supporting hundreds of women, alongside my recruitment career to date.
