Having met literally thousands of candidates throughout my career the common theme is my honesty, I often find myself telling candidates they’ve applied for the wrong role, but suggesting 3 others they’d succeed in, introducing them to new contacts that could benefit their progression or giving them pointers on interviewing, finding their strengths and where to focus to build a meaningful career path.

I’ve been a mentor through the Creative Mentor Network and gone on to find my protegees new jobs, and from running I’m Ovar It for years, I’ve learnt that there’s no substitute for an honest conversation with a professional. I’ve offered coaching to many women, and this ‘Ask me anything’ hour aims to allow you to leapfrog the hurdle you’re facing.
